Unleashing the Energy Transition

EGIL is a U.S. and U.K. based team that leads in areas of strategic energy transition solutions including biofuels, green hydrogen, micro grids, and advanced micro turbine engine solutions for best-in-class fuel and energy delivery innovation.

Powering the Future with Breakthrough Green Fuel Technologies

EGIL introduces eFinery™: a patented electrochemical process that unlocks the full potential of renewable biofuels and hydrogen – delivering cost-competitive sustainable fuel solutions for steel, cement, aviation and beyond. We utilize a proprietary electrolysis method and specially engineered catalysts to efficiently convert waste oils, fats and crop residues into biodiesel, sustainable aviation fuel and green hydrogen. This enables industries to transition away from fossil fuels onsite in a modular, scalable manner. Our automated, low-maintenance units allow managing numerous field installations remotely – growing capacity by simply deploying more modules.

  • For hard-to-abate sectors like steel and cement, we provide an actionable path to realizing net-zero ambitions through clean heat, hydrogen enrichment, and waste-to-fuel conversion.
  • For aviation, we are the key to commercially viable, low-carbon sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production at scale using locally available waste feedstocks.
  • Our AI-based control systems perfectly complement onsite microgrid renewable power generation, optimizing utilization & minimizing energy costs.
  • We accelerate the global transition to decarbonized fuel landscapes across transportation and industry. Our world-class team offers proven expertise to implement our transformative biofuel and hydrogen technologies successfully at enterprise scale.

Concrete & Steel

We enable heavy industries to achieve emission reduction targets through turnkey, rapid-payback solutions for hydrogen enrichment, biofuel conversion, and optimized renewable energy utilization.

Our technologies provide the most cost-effective path for energy-intensive sectors like steel and cement to realize net-zero ambitions, without high-risk overhauls of core infrastructure.

Aviation

We provide the aviation industry with the most scalable and cost-competitive solution for high-quality SAF production using abundant regional waste resources.

Our technologies rapidly convert local agricultural, forestry and municipal residues into drop-in SAF to help aviation meet emission reduction targets, without relying on imported feedstocks.

Mining

We help mining companies secure major cost advantages by establishing onsite biofuel production from waste biomass and optimizing integrated renewable microgrids.

Our technologies allow mines to convert onsite organic waste into lower cost fuel supplies while intelligently integrating solar, wind and storage into existing thermal power generation.
